Come and meet Creative Central at Fresh 2013Wednesday September 25th - Friday September 27th 2013 Manchester Fresh 2013 is much more than an Awards Ceremony. It's a three day celebration of creativity and innovation across all of the Fresh genres: Advertising, Design, Broadcast, Media, Digital, Public Relations and Communications.
It's a Freshtival which will run from Wednesday 26th September to Saturday There will be first class industry speakers, workshops, interactive events, hangover breakfasts, displays of work, exhibitions, shop window displays, a battle of the agency bands and a huge freestyle football competition. Fresh will be announcing the full programme shortly and allowing everyone to pick and choose those events and elements that are important to you - you don't have to pay for expensive Festival tickets - you can tailor make your own package and own Freshtival experience. Creative Central will post further details when available. There will be a link on the site soon which will detail the full programme but just in case you are the sort of person who likes to be super organised and know where you will be at exactly 1.20pm in the afternoon of Friday 2nd August 2013 then you might like to note the following dates...
Oh, and the 2nd August?Well that's the date the nominations are released for 2013 so we are assuming you will be either in the pub celebrating or commiserating. Be a part of something special this year...its the 10th Birthday for Fresh...and they can't celebrate without you. Entries close on Friday 21st June and don't forget to take a look at some of the free and unique entry opportunities this year. |

FRESH Breakthrough Awards – ResultsIn early October, Creative Central sponsored the new category of Freelancer Breakthrough at the annual Fresh Awards. This is largely due to our involvement with the Fresh Awards organisation in promoting the credentials of Freelancers. We would encourage all Freelancers to enter next year, with your best and most proactive projects and hopefully win one of these prestigious awards. We are working closely with Fresh and other Awarding bodies, including D&AD and Design Week towards recognition of the important contribution the Freelance industry makes to businesses.
